COMPLIANCE PRIVACY, EMERGENCY COVID-19, D.LGS.231 / 2001 AND CRIMINAL LAW OF THE ECONOMY AND BUSINESS
The Firm provides advice on compliance with the privacy and legislation relating to the Covid-19 emergency, as well as assistance in economic criminal law and company with specific competence for the crimes committed in the exercise of the business activity, including corporate and financial crimes, crimes committed in violation of accident prevention regulations (Legislative Decree 81/2008) and the environment (Legislative Decree 152/2006).
The Firm also advices on Legislative Decree 231/2001, and provides assistance in the creation, drafting and continuous updating of Organizational Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 as well as participation in the Supervisory Body.
